Booking Process: Psychiatry Consultation
1
Send us your GP referral
-
Your GP referral is valid for 12 months from the day of your first consultation with us.
-
If you are referring your child (<18 years old), we may require a referral for the parents/carers as well. This will allow us to facilitate separate consultations with parents without the child present, which may be in the best interests of the family.
-
-
Your GP can send the referral to us directly (see referrer section), or alternatively, you can send the referral via email to reception@pitstophealth.com.au
REMINDER: Dr Patrik Ho and Dr Jack Hsu are not currently accepting referrals for new patients due to extended waiting periods
