Booking Process: Psychology Consultation

Send us your GP Mental Health Treatment Plan

Your GP can send the Mental Health Treatment Plan to us directly (see referrer section)

You may also send the referral via email to reception@pitstophealth.com.au

If you would like a psychometric assessment completed (ASD, ADHD, Education and Learning Assessment), please contact our team directly to arrange this. You can also see more information here.

For clients with NDIS/Private Health funding, please complete the Intake Referral Form.

Book your initial consultation

We will contact you once we have received and processed the referral to proceed with booking your initial consultation.

Our referral processing times is approximately 5-7 business days.

If you do not hear back from us after this time, please do not hesitate to contact us to follow up with your referral.​

We will provide you with an introduction letter confirming your initial appointment dates and times and our patient registration and consent form.

Prepare for your initial consultation

1 week before consultation:

You will receive an SMS confirmation for your appointment booking and a payment link to complete $200 deposit payment. Appointment will only be confirmed once deposit payment is received.

If you are unable to attend the appointment, please call us at least 2 full working days in advance to avoid late notice fee.

If we do not receive a reply and are not able to process a payment hold within 5 days, your booking will be cancelled.

Complete the patient registration and consent form
